Sehwag has been rested for the ODI's against South Africa due to his shoulder trouble. However Sehwag will play for India in the Third and the deciding test against South Africa in Cape Town which starts this Sunday. Rohit Sharma has been announced as the replacement of Sehwag in ODI's and Murali Vijay also has been retained has the 17th member in the squad.
The five match ODI series against the South African's starts on January 12th 2011. India will be with the two regular openers Sachin and Gambhir and so Virat Kolhi will be batting one down. The rest of the Indian team should be the same old line up with Yusuf Pathan filling in the all rounder slot. This is the last preparation of India before the World Cup which is to commence in Feburary 2011.
