Sachin first man to reach 2000 runs in World Cup

Sachin Tendulkar the Master Blaster of Cricket has again achieved yet another record. He becomes the first man in the history of cricket to reach 2000 runs in World Cup. Sachin reached this feat by scoring 3 consecutive boundaries. Sachin made a quick fire 27 of 22 balls before being caught on the boundary ropes. Pieter Seelaar the bowler was extremely delighted to get Sachin's wicket. India beat Netherland and with this win they are looking in good form and will surely reach the quaterfinals.


Sachin playing his 6th World Cup has totally played 40 matches and scored more than 2000 runs. Sachin first entered in to this arena in 1992 World cup from then on there is no one stopping this little master. Ponting is the only player behind Sachin to have played 42 matches and scored 1,577 runs.

Sachin keeps on towering the records and I guess it will be impossible for some one to come and break this mans record.Go Sachin Go !!!.

Yusuf Pathan confirms a place in the World Cup squad

Yusuf Pathan played a swashbuckling knock under pressure to take India to a 4-0 lead in the on going ODI series against NewZealand. Pathan's shear brilliance took the game away from Kiwis who played good cricket for the first time in the tournament. Yusuf Pathan with this century has booked a place for himself in the squad and has virtually closed the door for Jadeja.

Yusuf Pathan with his bowling and hard hitting with the bat fits the team as the perfect all rounder. Indian team looks very strong on paper and it all depends on how well they play on the given day.
