Dhoni's celebrates his 28th birthday

M.S.Dhoni turned 28 and people in Jharkand celebrated the Indian captain birthday.It was party time at Mecon Stadium where people gathered to celebrate Dhoni birthday by cutting cake.People congratulated Dhoni for his brilliant knock and claiming the Man of the series in the West Indies tour.It was these same people who burned the effigy of Dhoni when India had a shocking exit in the T20 World Cup.

Chanchal Bhattacharya the coach of Dhoni said that he is a very happy man since his student has brought a lot of laurels to his team and he assured that his pupil will bring more and more laurels for the Nation.He also said that people who celebrate his birthday should not burn his effigy again if India loose a match.Winning and loosing are part and parcel of the game.

Narendra Dhoni's brother also cleared the link up of Dhoni with Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and even with the South Indian lace Laxmi Rai.He said that they are just baseless media speculations ans also fumed at the media for their own hunch.

Dhoni feels Yuvraj is the backbone of Indian team

M.S.Dhoni was with full of smiles when he become the Man of the Series and also was instrumental with the bat for India's win over West Indies.M.S.Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh where th stand outs in the tournament and they had very little assistance for m the rest of the Indian batsman.The other batsman who looked in some sort of form was Dinesh Karthik.This win is something special for India because thy lacked the experience.Sachin opted out of the tour,Zaheer,swash buckling Sehwag and even young gun Raina was injured and so a lot of responsibility was on Yuvraj and Dhoni and they lived up to the expectations.

Post match presentation Dhoni was asked how important is Yuvi for the team.Dhoni showered a lot of praise on him.He told that Yuvraj is the backbone of the team.He added that Yuvi coming in at number four holds the innings together and at the pace he scores the runs , he is truly a match winner.

India win series against West Indies 2-1

Indian team did not play very good cricket but still it managed to win the series against West Indies.This is the third consecutive win for Indian Cricket team abroad.India where totally down and out after the T20 early exit.This win will surely salvage some pride.

Rain was the hero in the last ODI between India and WestIndies with only 7 overs bowled in the whole match.Yuvraj Singh and M.S.Dhoni were the stand out batsman in the tour and Dinesh Karthik played his part.
