India Recorded Victory at SCG Cricket Ground

India Secured their 2nd victory at SCG ground previously it was on March 2nd 2008 in the one day matches.They lost 13 matches.

Manish Pandey unbeaten 104 runs obtained in 81 deliveries . This was a maiden century and ended up on a winning note.previously Sachin was to do so as he scored 117 in 120 balls on March 2nd 2008 that match also India won. Sachin Tendulkar was also unbeaten that day.

IPL4 is getting bigger and the T20 tournament will start on April 8th. The player who was bought for the highest amount in this IPL is Gautam Gambhir who was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for $2.4 millions. The other news is that Gautam Gambhir is likely to lead KKR since their prevous captain Ganguly has been ignored by all franchise which means Ganguly will not play in this IPL season.

Deccan Charges finished second in the IPL table. Deccan needed to win their last five games in order to qualify for the semifinals. Yuvaraj Singh injury

Yuvaraj Singh, Indian best batsman got a finger injury and he has been ruled out for the remaining ODI matches between India and Sri Lanka. He got the injury in match of T20 held at Mohalai. After the injury he was rested for the first two One day matches and he played the third one day and got 23 runs in 40 balls.

Sources said that Yuvaraj will be replaced by Rohit Sharma. Recently Rohit Sharma got triple century in the Ranji Trophy match between Mumbai and Gujarat. Selectors will announce and recall Rohit for the remaining matches. The next ODI will be at Kolkata on 24th and the final match on 27th at Delhi.
