Virender Sehwag’s Records

Virender Sehwag has many records to his credit. He is the highest scorer in Test cricket in India (319). In the history of International cricket this was the fastest triple century (300 runs in 278 balls and fastest 250 runs 250 runs in 207 balls). Viru scored fastest century in Indian ODI in just 60 balls.

Viru is the only Indian batsman who has scored two triple centuries in Test matches. After Sir Donald Bradman and Brian Lara, he is the third man scored two triple centuries in test cricket. He scored 50 runs in 22 balls against Kenya is the second fastest fifty in One Day International. He received Arjuna Award in the year 2002.
