Sachin Tendulkar first man to reach 14,000 runs

Sachin

Sachin Tendulkar the Little Master has yet another record in the making.Sachin might be getting older but his skills are getting sharper and better than ever. He is just prolific and with an average of 84 for his last 1000 runs he looks hungry for more. India's run machine just looks younger even though he gets older day by day. This statement might look ironical but the truth is there is no stopping the Little master Sachin.

Sachin reached 13,000 runs earlier this year when he was playing against Bangladesh in Chittagong. It just took him such a little time to reach the 14,000 mark. This man looks eager and hungry for more. This calendar year would see India play 5 more test matches 3 against Kiwis in India and two against South Africa in South Africa. I wish in behalf of all that this master batsman run should just continue. There is no stopping the Indian run machine

Sachin onslaught on NZ Pace Bowler Southee

Kiwis Pace bowler Tim Southee who is at present in the Chennai to play for his “A” Team in the Buchi Babu Tournament recalled the terrible experience of bowling at Sachin Tendulkar. It was at Christ Church in March 2009, Sachin demoralized Tim Southee in an ODI which the bowler had the bowling figures of 105 runs for his 10 overs. In that match Sachin scored 163 in just 133 deliveries.

Now Southee is working very hard to regain his place in the national side. The lanky fast bowler is just completing 20 years of age and even once rated equal to Richard Hadlee and the bowler rightly disagreed and requested not to place him on par with the all time great Hadlee. He hopes this Buchi Babu Tournament will give him a chance to prove his mettle.
